Aspiring to optimize human performance for all

About Me

  • I am currently 17 year old attending the Latin School of Chicago as a senior.

  • Although I cherish my adolescent years in New York City, I ultimately am proud to call Chicago my real home. I enjoy creatively integrating myself into Chicago’s rich community. Whether that be through working at a paddleboarding shop on North Ave. Beach and admiring the skyline or volunteering at the City Farm and entirely forgetting that I’m surrounded by skyscrapers, this city has offered me a lot of unique opportunities and has been the perfect exploratory platform to grow up in.

  • Sports and instruments have taught me what resilience and discipline look like in practice. I strive to implement these practices into my day-to-day life.

  • I hope to study at the intersection of health and human movement science and apply my enthusiasm for exercise science and nutrition to educate and heal others.  Through understanding the mechanics of human movement combined with nutrition, I hope to inspire others that optimizing human performance is accessible to all.
